Nomination Information
Nominations are accepted for the Greenville High School Distinguished Hall
of Fame at any time of the year. However, to be considered for the following
year’s induction, applications must be received by February 28th.
Following is the nomination form for the Greenville High School
Distinguished Hall of Fame. Nominations are accepted by mail or e-mail at
alumni@greenville.k12.pa.us, forms may also be found on line at
www.greenville.k12.pa.us/foundation
Nominees who have graduated 10 years ago (or more) from high school are
eligible to be nominated. However, special circumstances may be made at the
discretion of the committee. Please complete the entire nomination form
giving as much detail as possible. Incomplete forms will be disqualified.
Announcement of selected inductees will be made each spring, usually in
April.
